"Learning to shag dance is like learning to be from the South.  It's learning to relax while you hear the ocean and feel the music."   

New step for Wednesday 16th at Billy's Barn. Kitty & Steve will teach a two hand, over-head turn with a pivot straight from Spring SOS! Lesson starts at 7:15, so be sure to come in time to enjoy Billy's fine food. Plan to stay and dance to the best Beach, Boogie & Blues around. Kitty is your DJ. It's about friends, fun and the music......

DANCE...it will make you smarter! Want to reduce the risk of Dementia and perhaps Alzheimer's? DANCE! Studies show that one of the best physical cognitive activities a person can do is dance. Compared to other "mental" activities thought to strengthen brain synapses, dancing proved to reduce the risk of Dementia 76%!
